20+ years of experience as corporate legal counsel, including at Yunfeng Financial Group, Cantor Fitzgerald, Macquarie, and CITIC Capital.

Ivan Wong

CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Wong has over 16 years of extensive experience in investment banking, strategic M&A, and technology industry. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Wong held key positions in various global investment banks, leading technology group, and management consulting company, including Morgan Stanley Asia Limited, Ant Group and the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Wong received his master’s degree in financial engineering from Columbia University and bachelor’s degree in quantitative finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Eugene Cheung

CCO (Chief Commercial Officer)

With a career spanning over 20 years in traditional finance and digital assets, Eugene served as Vice President and Head of Institution at Bybit, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company as one of the top three global digital asset exchanges. His experience also includes leadership positions at Tradeweb, where he spearheaded initiatives such as Bond Connect, and CME Group, where he significantly expanded the company’s presence in China.

Lawrence has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked for 46 years at Baker McKenzie, where he held several key positions, including Chairman of the Hong Kong and PRC offices. His professional background and leadership skills will provide OSL with new perspectives and direction.
