Job Scope

This is a data-driven role that helps companies optimize promotional and operational efforts through the analysis and prediction of sales trends and markets. The role also requires entry level customer support.

Primary responsibility

  • Maintaining all relevant KPI dashboards supporting the business
  • Assess sales and market data, including competitors, to identify areas where the company can increase its effort
  • Compare actual sales data to revenue projections and expectation
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for senior management to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement
  • Provide general sales support to the business including assistance with customer onboarding, customer service requests and other sales-oriented requests
  • Assist with organizing and logistics of OSL roadshows and expos
  • Liaise with the Marketing team on key projects along with ensuring follow up
  • Prepare presentations, pitches, proposals, client materials and the supporting analysis
  • Assess the company’s budget to guide investments in marketing and promotions
  • Examine operational budgets to identify business areas that are not providing a return on investment (ROI) for the company
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external business partners on system/workflow enhancement, compliance- and regulatory-required policies and projects 
  • University graduate or above with minimum 2 years of relevant finance and/or sales experience
  • Good knowledge of Digital Assets
  • Proficiency in Google applications and MS Office applications, including MS Word & Excel, VBA, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing 
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Be proactive, aggressive and a team player with good integrity
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
