Associate, Facilities/ Receptionist

Job Duties

  • Assist in day-to-day office operation  
  • Assist and manage health and safety, fire safety, security, maintenance systems
  • Assist in the administration of relocation projects such as user co-ordination and logistics arrangements
  • Monitor & Assistant on reception operation
  • Conduct routine daily inspection and follow up on premises up-keeping
  • Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure system availability
  • Coordinate office supply procurement
  • Other administrative tasks and record maintenance as assigned
  • Provide support to ad-hoc activities

 

Requirement:
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in banking environment and critical facilities operations preferred
  • Diploma or Degree holder with related disciplines 
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels
  • Hands on experience in PC operations of MS Word, Excel is a must
  • Hard-working, self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work collaboratively and independently
