We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Finance team.
Prepare of double entries in accounting system (Netsuite)
Assist in the preparation of consolidation working
Filing of accounting records
Processing of expenses (approval and payment)
Maintenance of fixed assets records
Prepare accounting schedules, breakdowns and information for management and/or auditor
Assist in the projection of cash flow
Ad hoc finance & accounting assignments
To assist with and handle company secretarial matters for Hong Kong and Offshore companies:
To organize and maintain company secretarial records, registers and statutory filings systematically;
To handle incorporation and deregistration of companies, preparing of minutes, resolutions, annual return, etc;
To Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal parties
2-3 years of Accounting experience preferably in professional firm(s)
Company secretarial experience is preferred
Student membership of professional bodies with relevant tertiary educational background is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is aplus)
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Able to work independently and under pressure, with pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
