With effect from 28 December 2018, the Board has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers (‘‘PwC’’) as the auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of BDO Limited who has been the auditor of the Company since the initial listing of the shares of the Company in 2012. The Board considers that changing the auditor of the Company after an appropriate period of time is a good corporate governance practice.
