The Referral Program is a reward based program which allows you and those in your social network to benefit from trading on the OSL Exchange.
- As a Referrer, you will earn a fee on each eligible transaction that is executed on the OSL Exchange (“Referral Fee”) by Referrals that you referred, and who enter your details as their Referrer. The Referral Fee is calculated as twenty per cent. (20%) of the trading fee actually received by OSL under an eligible transaction.
- As a Referral, the Referral Program allows you to receive a rebate on the trading fees you incur in relation to each eligible transaction that you execute on the OSL Exchange (“Rebate Fee”). The Rebate Fee is calculated as five per cent. (5%) of the trading fee actually received OSL under an eligible transaction.
For the purposes of this Referral Program, “eligible transactions” are those transactions that are executed within twelve (12) months of a person first becoming a Referral. Examples:
- If the Referral enters into a number of eligible transactions for BTC/USD pair in a certain month, with accumulated trading fees of USD1,000:
- The Referrer will receive a Referral Fee of USD200, which is equal to 20% of USD1,000.
- The Referral will receive a Rebate fee of USD50, which is equal to 5% of USD1,000.
- If the Referral enters into a number of eligible transactions for any Digital Asset/BTC pair in the same month, with accumulated trading fees of 1 BTC:
- The Referrer will receive a Referral Fee which is equal to 20% of 1 BTC.
- The Referral will receive a Rebate Fee which is equal to 5% of 1 BTC.
